Pengembangan SDM dan Siswa
The development of Human Resources Program gradually hold any kind of program to enhance the quality of human resources of SMPN 2 Rembang either the headmaster, teachers and staffs.The Following are program and activities which have been carried out at our school.
1. Pendampingan Content.
The purpose of the program is to enrich the quality of the teachers especially Math, Science, Social and ICT teachers in understanding English based on the background knowledge.We have implemented this program less than two years. We cooperate with Math and Science Faculty of UNNES Semarang.Every week the lecturers from UNNES give guidance toward the teachers Of RSBI especially Math and Science.
2. Intensive English Course I and II
This program is to train RSBI teachers in English Conversation. It is guided by the English teachers at our school.We held this program twice that IEC I and IEC II.Hopefully through this program teachers are able to communicate English in daily life.
3. Basic English Course I and II
The aim of the program is to enhance the quality of headmasters, all teachers and staffs in mastering basic English. We have short course twice with Ednovation International from Surabaya. Beside those program, there are also intermediate I and II for certain teachers based on the placement test we held first.
4. TOEFL Test and Training Program
This program is to train the teachers of RSBI to get the score of TOEFL based on the standard. This training is guided by the lectures of English Departement from UNNES and Language Center and Development of UNNES Semarang led by Dr Abdurrahman Faridhi.
5. ICT Training Program
This program is meant to train all of the teachers and staff master all of the program of computer such as words, excel. power point, internet, blog and web.Once we have cooperated with STIE YPPI Rembang and also professionals from other institution.Next, we'll plan have a program of Flash.
6. Bintek RSBI Of Physics Teachers at Johannes Surya Institute.
We have sent tree teachers of Physics teachers to join to the workshop in order to broaden their understanding and concept in physics.Through this program they can adopt any methods effectively to develop learning teaching process in the classroom.
7. Overseas Program.
On November 29 th,2009 up to December 5th, 2009 Some teachers of Mathematic and Science are sent to RECSAM Workshop in Malaysia.Before that one of Physics teachers, Mrs Sukantiningsih went abroad to join Short Course of Tourist and Culture Development in Australia and also the previous headmaster of SMPN 2 Rembang Mr. Krisno has visited Turk to join workshop there.
